The Church plays a paramount role in addressing this pervasive problem. Various forms of violence thrive in unequal power dynamics, perpetuating cycles of suffering. Leveraging the moral influence and extensive reach of the Church is crucial to effect positive change. With its teachings of love, compassion, and justice, the Church serves as a source of solace and guidance, uniquely positioned to combat gender-based violence.

This study explores strategies for the Church to actively promote a climate of respect, equality, and support, addressing this deeply rooted issue.
